Yes, all orders within the United Kingdom are delivered free of charge, with no minimum spend required.

3. Where do you deliver?

Currently, SOWDAGHAR ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We work with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail and Evri to ensure your order arrives safely.

4. How long will my delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Total Delivery Estimate: Approximately 4–7 business days

Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

6. What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • You changed your mind (item must be unused and in original condition)

8. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method in GBP (£).

9. What if I get a damaged or wrong item?

We apologize if this happens! Please email us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery to contact.sowdaghar@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a return, whichever works best for you.
